My experience at Millcreek Optometry has been an entirely positive. Dr. Bob Champion is all ease and kindness, providing pertinent information and reassurance. I do not feel rushed even if I get chatty! Etta was gracious and amiable when it came to frame selection. There were many good choices, but she assisted in making the best selection which I’m now wearing. She was complimentary but I never felt pressured. Front staff are friendly, fun, attentive and efficient. Altogether, it’s a wonderful place to get eye care.

I took my mom in here for an eye exam, we were greeted warmly when we arrived. The fellow that did the pretest was very nice and gentle with mom. Dr Jimmy was amazing, he took his time and was very thorough. He is really caring and kind, and asked mom a lot of questions. Ty helped us find some glasses, we didn’t feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. He’s very accommodating and entertaining, we all laughed a lot. Overall a wonderful visit, I would highly recommend mill creek optometry.

We recently brought our family in to see Dr. Jimmy Prince. He was very professional and made our kids first visit a pleasure. Top-notch service all around. Thanks again.

Just popped in today to book an appointment and they were able to get me in right away for an exam. Dr. Prince was extremely kind, personable and efficient. He took me through and explained everything to me, and answered all my questions. I had a very pleasant experience and will be back next time I need an exam.

Great CONTINUED customer care even after we bought our glasses there! When needed, they adjust my glasses and replace nose pads for free. But they really went the extra mile in my mind when my son dropped his glasses and scratched a lens very badly and they replaced the lens for free! We only phoned to ask if there was such a thing as lens buffing or something to make the scratches "less-worse"! So very surprised when they did not hesitate to offer a replacement! Gold standard of care with big hearts over at Millcreek! Thanks a million!

I was very pleased with the Millcreek optometry Centre, The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Dr. Champion explained everything in detail as he went through the process. I'm glad I chose this Centre for my check up. I will be referring this clinic to others for sure.

Dr Prince Is Absolutely Wonderful. Great with my Autistic child who also has Aspberger Syndrome. Cares about his patients and describes and shows what is going on inside the eyes. I Recommend Millcreek Optometry To All. They are wonderful. All staff are kind and caring. They have fixed my glasses for years with no charges. I have been going to this clinic since 1983, I believe it was. They were in a different building when I started going there. Staff also came over to the building they are in now. Very Professional. Office very clean and they practice safety for this Covid stuff. I will continue To go there and I Recommend everyone that sees this to go there too!
