Words cannot describe how impressed I am by the Eye Care Group. I'm moving to Australia in a couple days and I heard loads of great things from work colleagues in my building. I walked in and they were able to get me in right away. They even stayed open passed their closing hours to help me and did everything they could so I could get my glasses before my flight. I was able to get them in less than 24 hours! They had an awesome selection of glasses and Kristiena was super patient with me and made sure I got to try all the different frames I wanted. The eye exam went smoothly, the optometrist was funny, charismatic and spoke Spanish fluently, which is not something you come across often - very impressed.They have high quality equipment and they were able to tell me things about my eye health that other eye clinics can't. The glasses fit perfectly!
By far one of the best experiences I've ever had getting my eyes checked. as soon as i walked in i was greeted with smiles and healthy conversation throughout. the owner was spectacular and the entire staff made me feel EXTREMELY comfortable! Dr. Ahmed is young, stylish and had a great personality we clicked instantly. i wish i had more eye problems so i could make it an everyday thing. THANK YOU eye care group for everything. 20/10 recommend.
The Eye Care Group provides top notch advice on frame selection. Each frame I’ve purchased has resulted in numerous compliments and questions, “where did you get those glasses?” On a recent trip to Italy, my well advised sunglass choice left me looking fashion forward on the streets of Milan. The care and attention by dispensary staff is second to none. If you are looking for that look that suits you and elevates your style, then you know where to go - Eye Care Group, downtown Edmonton!
Have used the eyecare group, for over 10 years, they have an amazing selection of frames and the lenses have been perfect. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, very attentive and always glad to make suggestions. I’ve seen a couple optometrists there as well and they are great. Would recommend them to anyone needing a prescription as well as new glasses.
Professional and friendly staff. Knowledgeable about their frames and makes suggestions for a more flattering shape or colour. A large selection of frames including Canadian designer frames! Support local!
A terrible experience for my wife. She was billed $137 for an eye exam way over a reasonable fee of $75-$80, and then was also charged on her insurance for over $1000 even though she never said she wanted to purchase her glasses from this place. Other more scrupulous businesses pre authorize such transactions prior to sale, but this business actually rang in the sale without my wife's permission. I would not recommend this establishment if you are looking for an honest business. Update: we still have not received our money back. Another update: despite the wordy reply from the business, we still have not received our money back from this place. They have defrauded us of insurance money and have not made it right yet.
The optometrist is absolutely hilarious!! They gave me some stylish glasses. I highly recommend The Eye Care Group.
Owner Kristiena handled my prescript sunglass order very efficiently and professionally. She even opened the store a bit earlier, on a Saturday morn, to accommodate my first visit. A++ and thank you!
unprofessional and no experience and some staff immature . and she suggesting replace lenses in farm I wearing .it is mean two weeks at least without glasses and -18 .it is just example what i had experienced in Downton office . I cancelled my order for this reasons .
Staff and service at the eye care group are amazing. I have been so happy with them and all of my glasses. Top notch. A destination place for unique, luxury eye wear. So happy with my eyewear selections at the Eye Care Group. My friends, and even people I have just met, love what I wear for my glasses. I couldn't be happier.
