I had ordered a nutella pizza but when I got it, it seemed the nutella was cooked onto the pizza as it looked and smelled completely burnt. The berries were also either cooked with the pizza or heavily microwaved from frozen as they were steaming hot and reduced to mostly jelly. When I called to inquire about this, I was told there was nothing to be done as it's apparently always made this way and was hung up on. When I called again asking for a refund I was told I would get one via text message but ultimately never got one. Not impressed at all, doubt I will be ordering from here again.
Food was excellent great atmosphere the only thing for me was the service. My family has owned restaurants in the past and you always hope that the servers represents you well . That day the weather was not at its best but we were at a hockey tournament at Richcraft we were about 10 that showed up we usually call in advanced but didn't that time. The server showed and told us she wasn't very happy that we didn't call in advanced and made sure we felt uncomfortable that they had sent the other servers home because of the weather and now she was alone and we were to many there was only 2 other people in the restaurant I'm sure the owners wouldn't of been impress with that . We even told her we weren't in a rush and her reply was indirectly not to expect the best service and that the food might take longer. Other then that she provided us with great service and was nice but it made us feel uncomfortable . But great food
One of the best pizzas I have ever had. Head and shoulders above the big boys. Would have been inexpensive but I got extra stuff!
Fries way to well done, and greasy but other than that great service. Club sandwich was terrific. You wont be dissapointed! Everyone was polite when I picked up my order.
By far the best pizza, every time i''m around cassleman I cant help but go the extra distance to grab a pizza from this location
Incredibly upset. I ordered a small poutine with extra cheese and ended up paying $11.50 for this poutine after tip. What I received was in NO way a poutine. The fries had been deep fried for so long that they had become black, hard and tasted horrible. All I could taste was fryoil. The size of the poutine was more of a “personal” size instead of a small. The container was a chip truck style container that had leaked gravy through it. I will never again order anything from this Milano’s. Ottawa’s Milano’s, Cornwall’s Milano’s and Brockville’s Milano’s all have delicious poutine’s that are incredibly generously sized and their fries are barely fried, they are large friends that are soft and delicious. If they had not been closed by the time I had gotten home I would have demanded a refund. Make no mistake, this wasn’t about preference, this poutine was not edible.
Pizza was great, crust was perfect. Wonderful wings. Your delivery driver, I would risk my life for her haha. She is so wonderful, and kind. Customer service on point with her. If I was having a bad day, I would probably order a pizza just to get to see her.
Placed an order online tonight as we have done many times, food never showed up. Called the store and after waiting on and off hold for 15 minutes, I was told they lost the order even though I had a receipt. I then asked for a refund, and was told I needed to myself contact a separate company responsible for processing the order. Really poor customer service here tonight guys. Pizza quality is decent but can be hit and miss. - 1 customer for Milanos Casselman.
Glad wẹ gave it another try a few months ago. Great quality food and service.
Put in an order at 440 pm it's now 625 and no order still. You have just lost all of my business. Not acceptable!!!! Pizza finally gets here. Ordered zucchini sticks no zucchini sticks so I order garlic strips and they are forgotten..... new management needs to up their game. Pizza gets here cold and overcooked ..... needless to say it was returned.
