We were served by the blonde girl who cared more about answering her texts than serving the customers. The wrong ingredients were put on our uncooked pizza which we didn't see till we got home. We threw it in the oven so we could eat it but it really didn't taste good. $26 down the drain.
Ordered on medium pepperoni pizza, was like 25 bucks. Barely any pepperoni or sauce on it. It took like 20 minutes and when the order was taken the server disappeared and was almost never at counter. I wanted to buy a drink but couldnt as nobody was there. I eventually gave up. Im not from the area but will skip this location going forward.
Our pizza took around 15 min but was worth it for a tasty freshly made meal
I ordered a veggie pizza and they put pepperoni on it under the cheese. I was very unpleasantly surprised by this and ended up throwing the entire thing out. I will not be returning to this location again.
We ordered a pizza from there and it wasn’t cooked at all, my boyfriend got food poisoning, the service was HORRIBLE.
Would be nice if they would answer there phone!! Probably would get more business. But then again, The Lack of Staff !!
Was served by a young lady just a few moments ago. I believe her name was Naomi. She was so pleasant and welcoming Thank you for turning my bad day into a better one We will be returning based off of the customer service alone!
Tables were all dirty, we had to ask for a cloth in order to clean them ourselves. Not talking about the bathroom... urin and toilet paper on the ground. Really stinky. The staff were laid back and didn't care about any of it. Service was lousy and took for ever even though there were many empty tables and not so many people. Trash bins were overfilled. Overall a disgusting experience.
When you're on the 417 and you have a craving for Pizza Hut pizza, just stop and order here! There are lots of tables to eat at, so sit down, relax, and have a nice, hot, delicious pizza.
Went there at 715... Website says it closes at 8pm and were refused service
