Milano Pizza

I'm not one to write bad reviews, but the meal I just received from Stittsville Milano's was the very worst take-out food I've ever had! Everything was terrible. Everything! If I hadn't ordered a crispy chicken wrap, I would never have recognized the sloppy pile of what appeared to be boiled lettuce, with a few chunks of dry chicken mixed in, slapped on a roughly folded pita, so stale that it felt like a compostable cardboard takeout container - and probably just as tasty.nIt was impossible to pick up without the slop falling everwhere. There wasn't even a speck of cheese on it, as advertised.nThe fries weren't completely cooked, and they were cold, as was the gravy.nIt all went into the garbage.nMilano's used to be good. I don't know what happened to them but they've lost our business.

If the Stittsville Milano's isn't already part of TripAdvisor or Yelp as 1 of the top 10 places for pizza then they ought to be.nnSalad always fresh and crispy, no lack of ingredients, wide selection of fingers foods. We have personally tried popcurds, mozzarella sticks, and chicken wings...the chicken wings are plumper not the smaller ones, mozzarella sticks are cheesy and perfect crisp to the outside and the popcurds, are addictive. All that being said they also have the best pizza in and around the Ottawa area. Pizza is my favorite food, so I know a good pizza when I taste it and this was above excellent in taste, topping to dough ratio was perfect, the pizza is topped generously and the staff is always so pleasant and helpful. They are warm and welcoming like an old friend and always happy to see you.nnFood is always hot and quick to deliver. They keep me coming again and again.

Ordered food as it was a busy night. They sent us someone elses pizza and when called back they finally sent us what we ordered 45 minutes late. Thank you to the genius running the show Jan 3rd as the free pepsi they gave us was awesome and more than made up for screwing up our plans. The people that started this franchise were awesome and never screwed up my order... I am sure they would look at the new Milanos and be ashamed.

My husband and I just ordered 2 steak subs for delivery. He ordered the supreme, which should have also had ham, which they charged for but didn’t add. He had asked for no pickles and they left them on, and asked for Italian dressing to be added to both, which they left off mine. Both subs were supposed to have cheese which was also left off.nAside from these mistakes, what was on the subs was pathetic. I’d say the amount of meat wasn’t bad, but there were only 3 slices of pickle on my sub, 1/2 of a thin slice of tomato, one sliver of an onion, and I guess maybe lettuce was what the few green flecks I saw were.nIt was $30 including delivery - they arrived COLD - before tip. I thought this was a very reasonable price prior to seeing what was delivered.nWe were going to call, but the food was so pathetic it wasn’t even worth it and we would never order from there again.nStittsville has many pizza places so please order from one of them instead.

Pizza was stale reheated and burnt, the “Dessert” pizza was just pizza dough with Nutella that looks like a drunk person put it on not to mention the Nutella had a cupboard flavour. I’ve ordered here before and it was decent but it’s been downhill since would not recommend also not to mention 2 wraps 1 M pizza and that desert pizza was $70 highly disappointed although I don’t blame the staff for the pizza it’s probably their hours. 3/10
