I called and asked to place an order for delivery, was placed on hold and, after 8 minutes and 43 seconds I hung up and re-dialed. The second time the same female wait-staff answered and asked if she could help me. I replied that I had tried to call previously and was placed on hold for almost 9 minutes and she didn’t reply, only hung up on me. Called the third time and asked for the manager. Someone picked up after another 4 minutes and I tried to explain what had happened. She said, “We are very busy,” to which I replied that 9 minutes was a long time. She merely asked if I still wanted to order, did not acknowledge my concerns, asked again if I wanted delivery and she said I don’t understand. I said I still wanted food but didn’t want it tampered with because of the complaint and she hung up on me as well. Needless to say, no order was placed. “Greeeeeeeeeat” customer service.

Co-vedette, 10" - poutine on the side. Nuff said. It's pretty much my favourite meal.

What a big disappointment, this left us with a really bad impression. We were told they were short staffed (supposedly). They turned away a group of 17. Just as well, a restaurant was open next door, our group ended up dinning at Symposium.
