Mike's Chili Parlor

I saw this place and diners, drive-ins and dives. It definitely fit that vibe! I loved the thinner cut fries, but not the super thick fries. Big portions for $10!

Talk about a hole in the wall. They do not accept credit. Cash Only. Huge inconvenience. Of course they have an ATM anything to get extra fees out of you. The place is kind of small. Not a lot of open chairs. Scan menus only. Get ID'd even though you're just ordering water and food. Food was good but the chili was kind of bland

Never disappoints! Everything on the menu is awesome, heck it’s been around for four generations. Lived close by and ate here all the time; moved away 15 years ago and Mike’s was the first place I went upon landing. Everything about it exceeded my memory’s expectations, Mike’s CP is my happy place for sure!

Once you find it, the annoyance of going around the blocks goes away. It's a bar first, which serves some FINE chili! Go! Bring a big appetite, tho...the chili dog could have easily fed both of us!

Listen, it's a mess. But it is some of the best chili you'll have by a mile. Prices are good, servings are beyond generous, the people are beyond friendly to a nerd trying to eat some chili.

I hope Mike's stays open forever!. good greasy bowl of chili..... keep sticking it to the real-estate market family! Ballard forever! Ballard forever! USA USA! Friend of mine dad play softball for Mike's Chili Parlor when I was a kid and I can remember the first time he took us down for some chili! It warms my soul ;-

Great food. Relaxed atmosphere. The loaded chili fries are great.
