If you haven’t eaten the fish and chips from here, put your phone down and make the drive. Definitely worth it. I’m not a huge lobster fan, but there’s a large tank of fresh ones for those that enjoy a crustacean or two.

The staff were friendly but the food was awful. Grossly overcooked with tasteless over cooked fries. The fish looked like it was cooked several hours earlier and simply reheated. Don't waste your money.

Love this place. In my own opinion, of all the fish and chip places I've been to, this is the best. The gravy here is sooooo good, very flavorful. The fries are amazing, crispy, but not too crispy, the fish is very nice, cooked perfectly, crispy and good. Hope to come here again soon, very nice staff, good food!

The first time i ate at mikes it was WONDERFUL! i mean absolutely astonishingly good. Im an east coaster so i was impressed. Today, i went to get more for my wife, my mother and law and myself. The beer battered fish seems to be the boxed frozen variety. It looks and tastes burnt. Come on guys. I certainly know you can do better.

I feel like I'm very fair when it comes to these reviews. But many are simply misleading. I love fish and chips. It might be my favorite meal. About 3 years ago this place couldn't be beat. The servings were awesome and the fish was great. But I ordered from them recently and it's simply one of the worst meals I have ever had. The fish was about half the size of a chocolate bar. I get that times are tough, but that's simply crazy for their prices EXTREMELY disapointed. I cannot dissuade you from eating here any more. Don't waste your money.

For about the past 20 years I have been shopping at Mundell’s. In particular, I purchase a large quantity of wild salmon every summer for $$$. Today there was a line up of unmasked patrons waiting for lunch, the fish and chips was still cooking. I waited outside for five minutes but the line wasn’t moving at all so I went inside to see if another employee could help me with some wild salmon which I had driven considerable distance to purchase. A young man was serving the line up with take out and I observed another male employee standing in the doorway to the back of the store. I asked him if he could sell me some salmon or if I would have to get into the fish and chip lineup. He responded “give me a minute” and disappeared. I waited about 30 seconds before exiting the store due to the number of unmasked patrons and employees in the small space and not knowing if or when he would return. As a senior wearing an N95 mask it was obvious that I was taking precautions. Another five minutes the other patrons exited and I re-entered the store. I saw the employee who I had asked for assistance and I mentioned that it would have been nice if he could have just answered my question regarding helping me with salmon or getting in the lunch line. He said he told me to wait which is indeed true! He then started to laugh at me so I asked to speak to the owner. The owner was very apologetic and made no excuse for his disrespectful employee. I appreciated the owner’s response, however, the experience of being so ignored and disrespected caused me never to return to the store to stock up on wild salmon for winter as I normally do. There are other options for wild salmon, I will not be going back to Mundell's.

We got the 3 fish and chips this was horrible it was frozen and not fresh and so over cooked. I wish I could have posted a picture.

Best fish and seafood I have found. Fresh products, helpful staff that will cut selections the way you want. And unlike the overcooked cooked shrimp that most places sell, theirs are consistently perfectly cooked so they are still juicy.

Good variety of fresh seafood to cook at home. They also do take out for fish and chips and some other fried options and everything is delicious. So far my favorite take out is the fried calamari. The only thing that I was a little unimpressed by was the price of lobster tails, but to be fair they were quite large.
