The service was good. The Dentist was gentle and professional. So was his assistant. The office and equipment are a bit outdated, and could use some upgrades. Overall this is a good team ( from the front desk staff to the Dentist) I would recommend.

They have always been respectful and fit me in when I needed it-even with emergencies. I have been going here for years and highly recommend this dental office. They do a great job! Sharon

I was extremely upset at the service I received. They did not inform me of a rescheduling fee. I learned I owed an additional 40.00 a few days later after my cleaning. when asked how come no one informed me of the fee upon my initial appointment was made or when I rescheduled for the next day, they couldn't give me any answer's. The office manager was very rude and impatient; she absolutely didn't show much concern about her staff mistake and told me I should have known about it since I've been coming for such a long time. They do not adhere to the customer is always right. I would be careful coming here you could be stuck with outlandish fee they don't tell you about or any payment options available.

I had the same bad experience as you Kari. My issue was they require 24 hrs notice for cancellation or rescheduling, but don't notify you of your scheduled appointment until the day before, frequently at the end of their business hours.
