Forward Dental: Boucher Liberty A DDS

This practice is wonderful. I'm a new patient here and I now realise how much dentistry has moved on. After being with a different practice in a different county I was used to large needles, loud drills and scruffy surroundings. This practice has a large airy waiting foyer overlooking calming prairie planting The reception staff are kind and interested. One gets the impression of a happy team. The dentist I saw this morning is gentle and so good at his job. I had to ask if he'd used a needle in my mouth, the drill use was minimal and quiet. The hygienist I saw last week gave me the best and most thorough clean I've ever had. While I'm still a bag of nerves at the dentist, I couldn't imagine a nicer experience. Thank you for my new tooth, replacing the chipped one.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Forward Dental Care... As someone who has always been scared of going to the dentist, I am very happy with the service at this practice and am now longer scared of going. The dentists are very soothing, calming, kind and explain everything they're going to do and why. They address your concerns. They rectify existing problems but also talk you through prevention. They take their time and the consultation never feels rushed. Procedures are comfortable and pain-free. The location is ideal, just off Stoke Rd and near the A303, with lots of very easy parking spaces. It is easy and quick to get appointments with very efficient and friendly reception staff. At a time where dental appointments are few and far between and it is near impossible to sign up as a new patient on the NHS, I would recommend going to Forward Dental Care for ease of access, excellent service and great value for money.

Had such a great experience today! Having not been to the Dentist in a while, I was apprehensive and anxious. However, the Dentist, Werner Rademeyer, was very calm, empathetic and lovely as was the Dental Nurse explaining everything and he really put me at ease. The other staff were also very friendly, kind and helpful. I now have absolutely no worries about my next appointment - would highly recommend!

Extremely friendly, professional service from the minute you walk in the door at reception, skilled, informative high tech treatment in the chair and brilliant advice. If you are looking for a new dentist or hygienist look no further…these guys are passionate about what they do and it shows.

I found the welcome from Lily and Jess very friendly and helpful and the waiting area spacious and comfortable with fresh flowers on each table. The appointment with Thomas and his nurse Libby was also a pleasant experience and again very friendly. I felt looked after, thank you.

To say I have a phobia about dentists is an understatement they terrifies me. I had my bottom teeth removed yesterday they were amazing. I did not even feel the injections going on, mind you I was listening to John Denver on my pods which really helped as well. They were amazing

Very impressive! Fantastic new location with spacious carpark and beautiful views. All brand-new dental surgeries using the latest equipment. Staff are welcoming, attentive and very knowledgeable. Superb!

I had a great experience here, the dentist was excellent. He did a very thorough assessment and explained everything clearly. The facilities were all new and the equipment was top notch. Would recommend.

Appointment today . Started with Receptionist Lily always efficient and courteous. Hygienist appointment with Gemma Hygienist who was fantastic ,as was dental nurse Eve . With that and my great dentist Fran I highly recommended Forward Dental Care . Thanks Chris , great team !

Recently had my first visit to this practice in their new building, and it was a really positive experience. Lovely staff, efficient care, modern equipment, all in a beautiful and easy to access space. I would definitely recommend.
