I was turned away because there was no need for me to use my primary insurance for cleanings. My kids already had a cleaning this year . The primary insurance doesn't cover anything other than cleanings but there was some cavities that need to be taken care of. HOWEVER, my children still have a secondary insurance which WOULD cover more cleanings and all the dental work needed. I guess they want all the money from BOTH of the insurance companies. Doesn't make sense to me.

Sometimes, I don't like their receptionists they can be snippy at times and not very friendly! Having great customer service you have to be friendly for patients to come back feeling comfortable with the services they provide! Alot of people I have talked with say that they may not come back because of their staff in the office over all! It's quite shocking to me it is not that bad really. The rooms yes are open for people that go passed see in on what you are doing, I just look at them and they go on their way, I totally don't care about that. I am just getting my teeth cleaned and out I go! But, they do have rules about ur cell phones omg, guys that's actually everywhere! The Dentist is very persistent, straight to the point, friendly and supportive of the concerns you might have! No problems here me and my daughter been here for years!

It is nice they have relaxing music, wait times are accurate in the lobby. The reseptionists are friendly and respectful, I have no problems what so ever with them or the head dentist on duty! Very caring and supportive to me and my daughters needs in the rooms. Exrays and cleanings are awsome they also detected me and my daugthers problems. I had an infection I didn't even know about and they spotted it right away, but I have to come in for another appointment to get my tooth extracted which it should of been done right then in the office. If, anythn is major you have to come in on another day for that proceedure! The same has went with my daughters insurance. They are different from other Denital offices around the Milwaukee area. And if, you are experiencing pain or if, the infection is not going away they do give antibiotics and pain medication. You will have to call early in the day to get an a appointment because they do fill up pretty fast throughout the year, I don't know if, they are accepting any new paitents you will have to call as well! ;)
