Terrible but I am thankful that I had the bad experience because it swayed me to somewhere that is professional with professional staff.

I had an appointment at the same time another person did. While we sar there 3 people cam in as walk ins. The first 2 walk ins was called back for treatment so the other person that had an appointment went and asked how much longer it mighr be. The employee informed the patient that they would get to him soon and when the patient explained that he had an appointment at 2 & it was already 2:20 & they took walk ins ahead of him. The employee started telling patient how his appointment didn't matter and how he was a stupid person. The patient stated he wanted all his paperwork back because he was leaving due to the rudeness to which he was told to get out. The patient left and the employee locked the door and would not let the patient back in. Then they took another walk in and finally called me back 1&1/2 hours after my appointment and 3 walk ins.

Most ghetto dentist i ever been too, place was dirty and i could hear people in screaming in pain!

Butcher shop, you can hear patients screaming in pain from the lobby.
