We have been Toledo's premier dental practice for over 40 years! We are conveniently located at 3951 W. Sylvania Ave. - across from the Franklin Park Mall and near I-475. Dr. Hires and his associates provide comprehensive dental services in the Toledo OH area. We pride ourselves in providing quality dental care to our patients.

I recently had to undergo surgery for implants and Dr. Hires and his staff were amazing.  They talked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable for the entire process.  Everything went smoothly and I'm so glad that I chose to go here for the procedure!

I have been going to this dentist since I was a child and long before they were in the location they are in now. (30 yrs?)  Dr. Hires is awesome!  He does a great job on fillings, and crowns I've had done, does his job quickly and efficiently!  I recently had a difficult filling done and the lady dentist that did the work did a good job, I can't remember her name :-(
Dr. Hires sister Karen works there and is a great hygienist.  Many others are really good also, can't remember names though.  Staff is always friendly and helpful.  Dr. Hires goes through great lengths to make sure you're comfortable.  They have gas anesthesia which helps a lot as well as a heated massage chair and headphones to help you relax!  I have never had the sedation dentistry done but I know they offer it.   
I highly recommend giving them a try!

My Dad has been avoiding the dentist for YEARS until it became a necessity!  The entire staff was WONDERFUL!  My dad, who is 87, was very happy with the service, the friendly staff and the professionalism!  The waiting room was beautiful and very calming.  The fish tank was fabulous!  Can't say enough about how great this Dentist Office Is!  My dad went to this office because of a flyer he got in the mail...he's glad he did!

My whole family goes to this office and we love it. The office is always very clean and the staff is amazing. My daughters are 3&5 and love going to the dentist. They ask all the time when their next appointment is. The staff is great with my kids and even include them in the exams and when they are talking to me about their teeth. I recommend this office to all my friends and family.

I have been attending Dr. Hires for over a year now and have been working with them to get my smile to a healthy state. I have not only improved the health of my teeth I have improved my appearance. Moreover I have improved my fear and anxiety related to seeing the dentist. The staff always makes me feel comfortable and are very personable. My most recent trip was for a cleaning and a treatment update. I was happy with how far my teeth have come. I no longer fear the dentist and recommend Dr.hires and his entire staff. If you have dentist anxiety I recommend Dr. Hires! Can not say enough about this dentist office.
