Highly recommended! Called MidCity Plumbers last minute when another local plumbing company informed us that they couldn't work on our unit due to insurance limitations. Danica sent out Damian right away and he did an incredible job hooking up all the plumbing in our new kitchen island, bathroom vanity, and bathroom toilets. He ended up staying after hours to ensure the job was done properly before we left for a trip. Really appreciate the attention to detail and overall care Damian demonstrated with our job. Plan on spreading the word to all our family and friends. Midcity will definitely be our go-to plumbers moving forward!
We live in Squamish. Our on demand water heater which also feeds the in-floor heating system quit working. I called every plumber I could find but none had availability for weeks out so I expanded my search beyond Squamish. Found MidCity and got a call back in minutes. Stephen coached me through some things that I could try to remedy but didn't work so he used the pictures I sent him to order parts. His team showed up, fixed the problem, serviced the system and we had hot water and home heating in days not weeks! Bonus was they fixed a leaking tap as well : I highly recommend Stephen and MidCity team.
The owner Stephen is a very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Above all, you can trust MidCity Plumbers will do all they can to make sure the job is done right and satisfactory! They helped me fixed the broken water valve that supplies water to the fridge, and able to have our water back in no time! They should be everyone's first choice if anyone looks for a plumbing job! Thank you Stephen and Frank for your help!
Frank was nothing but professional and hard working. Even at today's 31 degree tempature, he fixed my shower and always with a smile. The owner Steven is very knowledgeable at his profession. Like they always say "Find yourself a reliable plumber", well MidCity definitely is a very good choice! Thanks guys.
Great service from Luke today! He was extremely pleasant, professional, gave good advice, and explained the situation really well. He left the area spotless once he was finished with his work. As well as that, he managed to make it out here so swiftly in these snowy conditions! I definitely recommend Luke ,should a situation arise where his expertise are required.
