Place is great, had an obscure part that I needed for my oven, ordered it and they called me the next day. Beth was awesome even called me twice to tell me my order was ready. Ran in through the door, am greeted by Beth, she threw my package over, signed and went in my merry way in less than 5 minutes. NICE!

Been using this company for years for common and obscure DYI repair parts, most in person with a few order and pickup or ship. Just before NYE 2020 needed urgent dishwasher part and used "curbside". Happily. Always great and to the powers that be- "Beth" at Scarborough location is a gem! Prompt, friendly and helpful.
