I called the owner as I had a problem with my kitchen tap. He kindly advised me over the phone that my filter at the tip of the tap was blocked. He guided me on how to open this and clean this. I followed his instructions and the mixer started tap started to working again. Thanks to their kind help.

Purchased a radiator to fit under a bay window that required bending. Our first template which we provided was not correct, parminder came to see the radiator and measured the template again which would be correct and took the radiator away to re-bend and delivered the following day. Great customer service and would highly recommend for all plumbing and heating needs.

I ordered a shower screen and bath tub from Universal Heating and must say that the service is exceptional. I had good guidance on products to buy within a good price range and quality to choose from. I love the quality and service they offer and will highly recommend them.

I called Universal Heating and Plumbing regarding replacing my leaking water heater, and they were extremely helpful in scheduling an appointment for the next morning. They showed up at the very earliest time possible, and were extremely professional and efficient. They were able to have the unit delivered within a half hour and installed it and had everything cleaned up within a few hours. Will always recommend this place for there exceptional service

I came into the shop and they was very helpful and talked me through everything I needed to know. I would highly recommend this shop to any person In the uk let alone Hayes. The customer service was very speedy and I wasn’t waiting long. The prices are also very affordable and I will be going back. Thank you Universal for your support.

Iv been using Universal all my life, with a homely atmosphere there are wonderful people behind the desk willing to part advice and teach. You  cant go wrong! Great work ethic from the guys and beautiful morals.

As a developer I use many outlets for purchases, but Universal are on the top of my list as "One Stop Shop", for purchases . Excellent polite staff & displays and great prices, you won't beat them! And they deliver.

I ordered a radiator and fittings in store, the staff where very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed as I had no clue. I also needed the radiator delived which was done done at efficiency and effectively.
