Carmen is family oriented and genuinely cares about his customers. He's very nice and patient, takes the time to listen and know your situation. After getting horrible work done somewhere else, he fixed everything right up. The service is very fast, he keeps in contact, prioritizes safety, and he is straight up if you're in over your head with a vehicle that's not worth the cost to fix. He won't try to milk you for money, and he won't butcher your car. He'll make sure you're driving off in a safe vehicle. This is a good mechanic. The parking lot filled with customers says it all.

Carmen is a stand up guy who is one of the few people in the industry who can stand behind their work. If you are looking for someone who you can trust, and works at a fair price look no further. I would highly recommend

Awesome and honest auto service shop. This is probably one of the few rare places that's not going to cheat you out of anything. Service is super fast and friendly and people working here seem down to earth and honest. You are not going to encounter any shady characters here. My only complaint might be just the time management. They always end up being about twenty to thirty minutes late on doing the job, but it's ok because that time is spent making sure that everything is done properly and accurately.

I felt a little ripped off in service cost, but the core repair of my vehicle was very well done. So overall I am very pleased with the service. Not sure if I will go back, because when I spoke to the young man there, I laid out everything that I wanted done with the car, but nothing was relayed to the owner. I did feel that the service was mostly honest, but not 100%. Mostly honest service is still a whole lot better in a city loaded with dishonest service people. This shop is a very solid shop in Mississauga shop, needs more current computer tech to record customer reporting of problems and probably a little more youth.
