Midas

This is a great shop. Reasonable fair pricing, and honest advice. The first time I was there was for a second opinion from my car dealer. Instead on new brakes and rotors, I was shown I could still get another 6 months or so from the brakes. I didn't need rotors at all. I got the brakes anyway since I was there, and switched my maintenance to these guys.

I have to agree with Jared. Twice I have booked online with Midas north and both times, the guy running the front desk, did not call me back after several days. Both times, I had to call to book. When I mentioned I booked online, he pretty much ignored what I said rather than admit their system is seriously flawed. There is no excuse when digital is king.

Long story short: I will never be using Midas again. Kim (the manager) is a liar and offers terrible quality, plus poor customer service. He can't even talk to a displeased customer who is speaking kindly without getting defensive and loud. They damaged my car and now I will be getting it fixed elsewhere. I've already contacted Midas customer care and if this doesn't get resolved, I will continue to give Midas as a company poor reviews while escalating this as far as it will go.
