Reading in the morning news,I heard about this shop from an unsatisfied customer. What I gathered from the story was that the customer chose to go the cheap route and it backfired. This shop went above and beyond to help the customer and the customer does not understand. I personally do understand... What I don't understand is the media attention and the BBB involvement. Shame on the customer and praise to the mechanic. After a Google search of the customer name, I figured out what's going on... Not a racist thing, just a stereotypical thing.
