All contact was very professional. My car was done on time with regular updates. They arranged the rental car and had it waiting for me when I dropped my vehicle off and it was returned in like new clean condition! All thumbs up :)

Dealerships always tell you your car never looks as good as the day you drive it off the lot. But the day I picked it up from Bergens Auto Body & Collision Centre, it felt like a brand new car once again. You guys went above and beyond, I highly recommend!

I've had nothing but the best experience at this shop. They do incredible work and if there's an issue, they correct it. They're the most honest repair shop I've ever encountered. You go in expect to be treated like a typical body shop would treat you... but no! They catch you off guard with their sincerity and honesty, which is a rare thing from body shops these days. This bodyshop sets the high quality standard that all other shops should be following.
