I will never come back again. I suppose to have oil change. The sale person, Aron,told me that my car has wheel alignment, plate and front lights change. Total is $331.**. I came back to pick up my car after service is done. I told the sale person " John always gives me $30 off even I couldn't find the coupon online". He said I already gave you discount. Therefore, I paid my bill. After I got home, I checked the invoice there was not any discount in the invoice. How could you lie and treat your customer this way. I have auto service in your shop since 2013. Be HONEST to your customers. NEVER come back again. Don't have auto service at this shop!!!!

John, and the mechanics here, are fantastic. The pricing is fair for the work done, and they make every effort to accommodate you. Even though there is a minimum of chit chat, you can count on the folks here to try to find an appointment that will work for you.

I own a Q50S Infiniti with four Dunlop low profile (run flat) tires. These tires are very expensive at almost 600 before tax. Couple of weeks ago I had a flat tire but I couldn't change it to spare since I couldn't find the key for the wheel lock!!. I drove more than 40 Km to a dealership so they could change and repair my tire. I was told they can't repair it so I have to buy at least 2 tires for the rear at a total cost of 1500$!!! I said that I think about it before purchasing it from them. Long story short, I visited another dealership and a tire store and both told me that I can't repair it. Then I took it to Midas and John the store manager said that we can look at it now and most probably they can repair it even I drove over it for 40 Km. Their technician inspected it and I was told that the tire can be repaired safely without any problem!! They even managed to reset the flat tire warning which a lot of people have to visit dealership to get that one reset!! They saved me 1500$ since the tire was still good and I didn't have to replace it otherwise. I had a great first impression when I talked to John for the first time and later on it was proved to me by the facts!! Thanks John

1) No customer service, the reception was rude, when I asked for oil change appointment, the reception said, "If you did not book appointment online, then drop off your car, it will take a few hours. Do you want to wait?" Sound like, you don't want my business. Since I have busy schedule, I just set the appointment on next day morning. 2) When I arrived half an hour early for my appointment, another reception said that my car will be the next one for service. Unfortunately, I have to wait another 15 mins after my original appointment. 3) the promotion broad shows $39 oil change, plus tire rotation. After the service, the tech guy said, customer did not ask for tire rotation at reception, so this oil charge service did not included. It mean that is customer's false, the reception also has never asked me or explain the oil change package is included tire rotation during promotion period. 3) when I showed the online coupon before the reception complete the payment transaction. The reception said, I already gave you discount. The final payment is > $50, the reception explained that is environment fees...etc. So, I made the payment by credit card. Once I received the receipt, it does not show discount. Since was rush, I just don't want to waste time with this store. 4) Once I picked up my car, I saw that is dirt finger print on door, because the tech guy's fingers, plus my hand was dirt because of steering wheel. 5) When I was waiting, I also heard other customer complained their service, so I am not surprised to have this bad service.

excellent service john the manager is awesome to talk to gives good advice even tells u what u need done not like other mechanics that will rip u off..ive had work done one my vehicles and no problems what so ever..great place to take your car or truck u don't have to worry about somethin goin wrong....good job.....
