Let these guys take the stress and frustration out of getting your car fixed. Car maintenance, usually for me, involves worrying about getting ripped off, waiting for all the "surprise" costs at the end when picking up the car, and fending off a salesman who wants to sell you stuff you don't need. NONE of that happened here. Rob is straight up. You get a breakdown of the cost of parts and what work needs to be done. No sales pitch, no pressure, no extra service/recycling/convenience fees. This was my first visit to this Budget Brake and Muffler, and my last visit to a new mechanic. Next time I tell someone I've got a guy, you bet Rob is going to be the guy. Fantastic customer service. Genuine care for customers. Fair prices you can trust. Fast, quality workmanship. Honest, trustworthy owner. What are you waiting for? Where else do you think you're going to get all of this?

There is service and there is excellent service. Rob, Jeff and the Budget Team are wonderful people. They really care and they always go the extra mile. I've been going to them for servicing of all of my vehicles and for as long as I can remember. They look after their clients and get the job done. They are fast and always do their best to accommodate even when they get busy. I always recommend them!

Great service and knowledgeable mechanic. Was treated well and given really good advice. Honest service and sugession. Went there an issue in the exhaust, was test driven, the issue was found to be minor and was fixed. Price was really good.

Came in for a inspection when i heard some notices coming from my brakes. Was greeted with exceptional customer service from Rob. Rob explained and physically showed me exactly what was wrong. I was given a more than fair quote and was not expecting to leave a mechanic so happy. Will definitely go back to this shop for my services now. Very honest and kind people working here highly recommend! You won't leave disappointed

Being new to Vancouver, I was concerned about finding a new mechanic to work on my car. It is always a gamble, so many people rip you off. It was a breath of fresh air finding Rob and his guys at Budget Brake & Muffler! Seriously. Everyone was very friendly and professional and there to serve their customers. Rob broke things down for me with clarity, was accommodating and the price was better than competing places. I will not take my car anywhere else. I'm glad I found these guys, and Maggie, at Budget Brake & Muffler Auto Centres. THANK YOU!!
