Fast, friendly, high-quality service. I chose Craftsman after my car was hit in a parking lot, and I was not disappointed with the service I received. The friendly, honest staff took care of all the insurance paperwork, did an accurate, thorough assessment and repaired my car quickly and professionally. My car was returned to me in better condition than before the incident both inside and out and it is impossible to see where the damage had been. Thanks to the whole team for a job well done.

I hate to say it is unfortunate that I have had to go here but that is the nature of this industry. The staff at this location are courteous and helpful and the quality of work is superb. Highly recommend.
