Micro-Vision built two computers for me in 2011 and an Ultra book in 2012. I was delighted with the products then and I am still pleased with them after all these years. The finished product prices were reasonable and the warranty period fair-minded. Over the years there were a couple of occasions when I had to leave one or the other unit with Micro-Vision for repairs which were always executed in a timely manner and priced in line with expectations. I unequivocally state that all dealings I had with Randy the owner and Jason the service technician since 2011 have been very professional and courteous. Both gentlemen are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.  During all my transactions with Micro-Vision no one ever tried to sell me components or software which I did not need. I used many off the shelf PC’s over the past 30 years. I have never regretted to have computers purpose built by Randy and his team, as they are far more satisfying to use on a daily basis.

I have dealt with Microvision for close to 10 years bot for new equipment and for repairs.The computers they have built for me have been fast, reliable and very fairly priced. The repairs and upgrades have always been done quickly and well. I am more than satisfied with Microvision and its employees.

At Calvori Hearing in Nanaimo, we've been using Microvision for several years for computer products and services for our clinic.  They have provided us with outstanding service.

I recently took my Micro-Vision All-In-One PC in for an anti-virus renewal and a general cleaning.  Ready in only three hours!  I mentioned to Randy that the computer has operated flawlessly (with one minor exception) for how long? Two years or so?  Randy's records quickly answered the question - fully three and a half years of computing ease of mind!  A great computer - I'd recommend Micro-Vision to friends or family in a heart-beat.  The minor exception?  Windows 10 at-home download crashed.  Took the machine into Micro-Vision; done and dusted in a day.  Windows 10 up and operating without a hitch ever since.  Thanks Randy, and Micro-Vision.

I have been taking my decrepit old computers to Micro-Vision for many years, and have always found their service to be prompt and efficient, and their advice to be cogent.  I recently purchased a new custom-built laptop from them and am very satisfied with its price and performance.  I would be happy to recommend their products and services to anyone.
