If I could give Bob 1 star I would. My computer crashed so I looked up Nanaimo Geeks and found his website. He arrived at our home, slovenly, and certainly very unprofessional looking. He had to take our computer home and came back with all these add on's that I didn't want or need. I now get all these pop ups, my email is not in the view I wanted and before I could check everything he announced he had to leave. He really botched everything up and to add insult to injury, he never gave us a receipt for the work done even though he told me 3 times that he would. Don't use this guy.  Now Bob has answered my comments and has upped his # of customers from 1,000, which he told us, to 1400! If he truly had that many customers, he wouldn't have time to sleep.  He is totally a con artist. More problems with my computer on a daily basis that he supposedly fixed. Now we have to get a legitimate computer person in to correct all his mistakes.

I was going to use their service but after seeing the absolutely decrepit house and yard looks like a hoarders disaster zone, I am definitely staying away.
