Mickey's Massive Burritos

The food was good, but the customer service was awful! I ordered through a 3rd party service and received the wrong order. I work in a busy environment with little time for breaks, so I just had to eat what I got. Which was fine, until the delivery driver came back with an attitude. Beyond the driver having a dog in his delivery car, and all of my stuff reeking of cigarette smoke- he felt it was acceptable to be ignorant to the front desk worker and myself for a mistake he made. Note this was over an hour after my food was even delivered! He asked very rudely if I wanted my food after questioning me on what I did with the wrong order, and when I said no he left with a worse attitude than he walked in with. I’m sorry that I didn’t call, but is it really a customers fault that your business messed up? Probably won’t order again, even though the Ensalada was great. **edited to include that the owner, Mickey, did in fact send me a virtual gift card, which is appreciated. Clearly the owner is open to any criticism and wants to make it right, which is a good way to run a business. Thank you**

Always a great experience! Fresh food, ingredients and great customer service! We moved out of the area 10 years ago and stop everytime were here (and sometims sneak up..lol). Wishing Mickey would open one down by us!

Ordered steak burrito with onions and peppers in the burrito. They where never put in the burrito nor did I get them on the side. I also told the person when I was making the order I was going to pay with credit card and he stated it was ok that the driver would come with a tablet and swipe my card when he got here. The driver got here and didn't have the tablet. Driver was very nice and friendly he stated he would go back to store and get it and come back I said no I will call the store and do it over the phone. Burrito though didn't have much of a taste at all it was bland. I would give it a 2nd chance forsure as I know mistakes happen. I hope though that the 2nd time will be much better.

Fried flour shells??? Who does that? Plus they were burnt and greasy. Maybe better if you stick to the bowl or the burrito. Clean and cheerful place though.

Great stop, amazing food. Always good to see the owner in the thick of things to make sure everything is up to standard.
