This has got to be the absolute worst, most rinky dink credit union I have ever had the unfortunate experience at. They have this ridiculous 500 daily spending limit for their members. You can only spend 500 of YOUR OWN MONEY daily without prior approval! Yes, I said that right, you have to ask permission to access your own cash. On a Saturday, I was told by some very bright teller that she cannot authorize over 500 and I had to go out of town suddenly! Want to pay your taxes with a check? Nope, can't be for over 500 becuase your check will get rejected! Seriously happened!! Car break down and its over 500? Nope. If you get out after 5, better give them 500 now and the rest in the morning when you have to go back, cant access an ATM for the rest either. For the love of all that is holy, stay away from this rinky dink, horrible operation. I cannot even imagine how anyone gets anything done here. I have accounts at 2 other CU's here in Muskegon and they looked at me like I was crazy when I mentioned this. Direct quote from one CU manager, "you mean, you have to ask permission to access your money?" Yup, you do. Beware.
