Unfriendly service, teller talking down to me. I will never do business out of this branch. I will take my business to Henry and Seminole. There is where the tellers and managers know how to deal with their customers.

I've been with Huntington for about one year. My fiancé and I have our mortgage through Huntington and I pay it on occasion. I was closest to the downtown bank so I headed there as soon as I got off work, the downtown bank closes at four. An hour earlier than every other bank, wtf?! So I drive to the next closet bank, make it by 4:30 to wait in the line of folks who also probably found out the downtown bank is closed for some reason. When I get up to a teller and let her know I'm making a mortgage payment and give our names like evey time we make a payment, she asks for the mortgage account number. I didn't have it on me and she said they won't look up accounts by name anymore. We bank there! They won't look up your own mortgage account? I had my checking, my fiance's checking, our joint savings account numbers, my ID (proving my identity and the mortgage address on it), his ATM card and the mortgage payment amount in cash on me. First time I've heard of a bank refusing to take someone's money!
