Chase Bank

Always always always busy. They shouldn't have closed the other branch. I have to drive all the way across town now to get money, it's ridiculous. Super slow and not very helpful. Definitely moving to another bank soon.

Terrible service, the workers are rude, fake, and quite simply have poor ethics. They failed to recognized me as a repeat regular, and the teller that I cash my check with every single time I am there told me that she had never seen me before. (I have been coming here for over a year now.) As a result they did not cash my check due to an ID that was expired by 3 days. I recommend a credit union, or any other bank in the area for that matter. Never doing business here again, and I'd advise you to do the same.

The women working the drive up window right now at Henry St makes every trip with her difficult, I have been with chase for a few years and no one has ever been this difficult, she is not good at her job at all. I love everyone at that branch but her!

terrible service. not only was i treated rudely when asking questions, i was rushed off of the phone and hung up on.

Today I Had the pleasure of working with personal banker Gloria LaLone . She provides great customer service and works hard for the customers of Chase bank. If you work with her she will she will work hard to help you.
