One of my favorites hidden gems in Victoria! The food is outstanding, the portions huge and Michelle and Alan are always so welcoming and friendly. They make you feel right at home. Make sure you come hungry! These pictures are all from their "Miche around the world" Friday theme nights. Lunch menu averages $10-$15 but for supper, I indulge a but more and usually go all out.
Lovely hidden place with a relaxing and cozy ambiance. Coffee was good. The server/owner was super friendly and sweet. The food was the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 - taste of garlic was a bit too strong for me personally. Overall, I had a great afternoon here and will come back for coffee if I ever pass by the area.
We've been wanting to try this place out for almost two years now. I am so happy today was the day! It is in more of an industrial area, but I'm happy we drove over. They have a great outside patio area, as well as some seating inside. Not a lot, bit some! The staff are very friendly! There is an extensive beverage menu, hot and cold, as well as fresh baking, and a daily soup and food special. Today we had donairs I loved that you got a choice between Halifax sauce and tzatziki!. We had a side of beef barley soup and fries. We both really enjoyed our meals! Flavourful meat, fresh pita and veggies, and just the right amount of sauce! The fries were fresh and crisp, and the soup was amazing! Really filling portion, lots of herbs, veggies and meat to make it very flavourful! It does get really busy over the lunch hour, which does lead to it being chilly when the door is open lots. The food was worth it though, and we will happily be back again!
Amazing Turkey Dinner with Eggnog cheesecake from Miche Cafe!!! Thank you so much Allan and Michelle for giving us a mouth watering dinner during our working hours to keep us going! Only few places in town still have that ethetic Mom and Pa feel. Allen and Michelle are a wonderful couple who make u feel welcomed and fill your belly with well thought out menu daily. Large portions that won't leave u hungry and a wonderful family atmosphere.kids and pet friendly environment are are welcomed. A large extended deck for evening drinks for the crew or just your loved one. This is the New place to be. Enjoy just like my family did...thanks again
I went to Miche Cafe for the first time this afternoon with a colleague of mine, and was absolutely blown away. If I could rate this place higher than a 5/5, I would! Allan and Michelle go out of their way to show kindness to every single person who walks through their doors, and you are guaranteed to leave with your heart feeling full. It seemed as though every person that came through today knew each other, and it was truly such a loving community. This is will definitely be one of my new go-to places. A true hidden gem!
Delightful cafe with delicious, homemade food and really good coffee! The owners are so friendly and welcoming. There is ample seating and tables if you need a place to get some work done. The prices are very reasonable for high quality food with good portions. Highly recommend!
Lovely experience. Very welcoming and such a unique space. We will definitely be back as it gave such a feeling of comfort and joy. The owner made sure we were taken care of. Our son loved his chocolate chip cookie :
Who physically leaves the store and chases a nice young lady out? Funny how even your staff member working the till admitted that you followed her out and stated it was "just a joke." Nobody demanded alcohol either, ordered politely and then was refused service after pointing out how appalling it is to physically leave your store chasing after a nice looking young lady to say "BYE" rudely It's your life, play your mental gymnastics to convince yourself that you weren't rude, however, it was incredibly - objectively - rude, and you disturbed my partner with social anxiety greatly. An apology is owed. You were in the wrong and it would be appreciated if you would own your actions.
