These guys know how to make celebrations special. I used them to send some congratulatory custom gifts to my sister who goes to Cornell. They surpassed my expectations in every possible manner - they were super prompt on the mail - incorporated the custom elements I suggested over phone, everything looked better than online pictures (that doesn't happen often with flowers and cake, does it?).. The delivery happened within 3 hours of the order, the note for my sister was handwritten, the quality of cake, soft toy and tulips were all excellent! Moreover, the best part - their delivery guy made the effort to learn about the occasion and wished my sister accordingly at the time of delivery. It was a special experience for us! Normally, I would have gone the Amazon route, but I am so glad I found Michaeleen's online! If you are someone with a loved one in Ithaca, you can trust these guys to make their day special!

We used Michaleen's for our wedding flowers. I could not have been happier with the service, attention to detail, and creativity. The arrangements we received were even more beautiful than what I had expected. Michaleen understood exactly what we wanted and did an amazing job creating our various flower arrangements. I would recommend Michaleen's 100%!

Being a gardening enthusiast, it’s no surprise that choosing the flowers and florist for my wedding would require careful consideration. Michaleen’s was definitely the right choice! First of all, Michaleen is wonderful to work with. She has a tremendous wealth of knowledge and experience and was able to answer every question I asked and make great suggestions. I had specific flowers that I wanted to use and she was always accommodating, making sure that they were complemented by the other flowers in the arrangements. Through our conversations, she was able to get a sense of my vision for the wedding and executed that vision with truly striking results. While I grew up in the area, I had to plan the wedding from some distance and Michaleen was always quick to respond whenever I had a question or idea. She made the whole process so easy for me! Additionally, she has a great relationship with both the patisserie that worked on our cake and the venue where our ceremony and reception were held, making coordination a breeze. I simply can’t say enough nice things about Michaleen’s and would strongly advise anyone having a wedding in the area to meet with her and see for yourself!
