I had my headphones in and i noticed one of the staff was talking. I apologized they said no worries just making sure you're finding everything okay. I thanked her and continued shopping. They came back and gave a thumbs up to double check without disturbing my ear buds. Super sweet. The cashier complimented my style/look, made my day - this day is a tough day for me and those two employees brightened my day up

Clean and staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Has lots for crafts, Halloween and Christmas. Very relaxing to shop here

Ok sometimes, usually shop here for my hobby needs but I get followed or ask constantly if I need “help” prices are meh at best, could use more supplies on the shelf as it’s lacking for everything. Wish they had more stuff for us people who paint and build miniatures

I would like to say thanks to Danny for having kindness and for being patient. while trying to explain to this blockhead that the Current sale on artist loft paints is a better deal then the price in the flyer. I have had a rough few days and made a special trip into town just to find the shelf price different from the flyer price. Danny is a ray of sunshine in a dark time of year. You have made my shopping list complete. Based on this service I will be returning. Thanks again.

Still does not carry enough Polymer clay supplies, but the staff in this store are fabulous! They always offer to help you find things, and share your enthusiasm for making!

They always have pretty solid sales / discounted items. I enjoy going through browsing and finding things on sale so I can test out creativity rather than having to commit with a large purchase only to find out that's not for me etc. Friendly employees it seems like - correction - one of the managers is pretty awful.

Helpful friendly staff. Everything you need and more... and even stuff you didn't know you needed! Always a great selection of products and good sales often.

I love going here and just walking through the store. Also I buy all my wool there. To make baby's blanket. They have very friendly staff. Great store for all your craft ideas.
