I went to Bell today to upgrade my phone. Ken assisted us and was very friendly, patient, and helpful. He made sure any questions we had were answered. I’m a new Bell customer, and he made the whole experience so great I would definitely recommend my friends/family switch to Bell and see Ken at the Lloyd Mall location!
Got a new phone, Ken at Bell in the lloyd mall was great! He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and found us a great package we were very happy with. I have been a Bell customer for many years and it's service like that, that keeps me coming back.
All of the staff in this store are absolutely fabulous! They are kind, friendly and very knowledgeable, and happily answered all of my "dumb" questions. I can honestly say I haven't experienced customer service like that in quite some time.
Went in with lots of questions, the team at Bell store Lloydmall went above and beyond to make sure we had a good understanding and correct answers. Made the purchase of a new phone easy as pie.

Super friendly and knowledgeable and accommodating. Was completely locked out of my phone after preforming an update had no access to any information but they figured it out all be it with a new phone this time. Didn’t lose any data or information and I was completely satisfied with all their efforts and happy with their recommendations.
