Had a great experience in store today. Michael helped me with all my questions in relation to computer monitors and my different options. Kind employee, enjoyed the conversation with him. definitely will be back to purchase one he recommended. Forgot Gift card at home

Wish there was more in stock at the store and was easily able to call the location instead of the call center. But 10 STARS for Udip - he is incredible at his job helping me with laptop choices. He seemed to be even more knowledgeable than one of the managers I spoke to. He was so friendly and spent a ton of time with me answering all my questions.

Absolutely beyound disappointed!nFirst off...we drove 1 hour and half to purchase a tv today. Get home to open it to install it . Just to find out the screen is completely broken in multiple spots !nThen trying to contact lloyminster store is nearly impossible! I would like something done about this as now we have to waste more gas to drive back ... when if someone would anwser a phone instead of call center someone could deliever a new tv and exchange the broken one. nnEdit will update next month when we pick up replacement.nSo far its being replaced and the manager was very helpful thank you nnUpdate will give more stars now. The second tv we received today was not broken thankfully, thank you to kale nnUpdate again we got the replacement but the screen is all blotchy yellow all over it . Took it back today the ecact same thing is wrong with the 3rd one. Will be brining this one back. They did plug it in at the store to test it out but you dont see the blotches when the lights are on in the house , the moment lights are off You can clearly see the yellow blotchesnn1st tv cracked lg tv uhd 7900n2nd tv yellow blotches on screen lg tv uhdn3rd tv yellow blotches. The mobile has gone downhill recently I can't remember his name exactly something like preet but he said there's no s24 ultra screen protectors and pretty much vanished after that , extremely useless person. So I've been pretty much giving best buy money for nothing. I tried canceling in store but they pretty much told me to do it myself the store was dead they could've done it them selves
