On a few occasions I went to look for something. Never have what I am looking for. What’s the point in having a store never have stock for impulse purchases. Probably easier to get things online then having stores.

Everytime I go in here I get glared at by a few certain staff members as they don’t like me due to personal reasons I don’t even know of. I was told by a friend that last time I went there the two staff members immediately started trash talking me as soon as I left the building. Poor customer service. Leave your personal life and issues at home.

Previous trips to this location were positive, with good customer service. The two most recent trips proved to have poor customer service, which led to an incorrect purchase (after taking advice from an employee). The following day’s attempt to exchange the product was more in the same (with an out of stock product).
