What a beautiful store. Large variety of craft supplies. Excellently organized, super clean and very well organized. Well stocked with products of great quality. Customer service is very good. Store employees are nice and courteous. Very beautiful selection of so many cute things. Excellent spring sale with buy 1 get 1 free on manh products. Must visit.
This store has great customer service. I purchased something recently that had some hidden hard to see damage, I connected with customer service online about an exchange and was directed back to the store. When I got there they were SO helpful and made it so easy to swap the items out. Not only that, but as I was browsing around I think 3 different folks asked if they could help me find anything. Great customer service, great in-store shopping experience and incredibly kind and helpful staff.
I liked the place. Well organized, clean and a lot of stuff for kids and related to kids. We picked up a photo frame, plenty of sizes and designs available & fondant for the cake, again a few varieties of it. Billing was easy, no line up. this place also take online orders with curbside pick up available. The aisles were well marked for ease of shopping
I love visiting Michaels because of the amazing selection of craft and artist supplies that are available. Their Christmas selection was fantastic - you could build your own little village complete with an assortment of buildings and street lights. It's the ideal place to visit when you've got a do-it-yourself craft project to complete. The prices are reasonable and most of the times I was there I found bargains and discounts available. It's especially good for the budding artist with a complete selection of art supplies at great prices. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Great place to browse if you've got some free time.
Crazy that I’ve never been into a Michaels before!nNow that I have, I am definitely going to have to limit the amount of times I allow myself to come back. They have everything! From decorating every single room in your house, to every single craft you could possibly want to do with your kids. This place has it all! The prices are extremely fair and the store is so clean and organized! The staff is very helpful. Are young girl named Hannah was particularly knowledgable about everything that I needed on this visit. I even ventured to the bathroom and was pretty blown away at how clean it was! I can’t wait to do my next project, just so I can come back here and grab some more stuff.
