Michael’s is one of my favourite places to shop for home décor, yarn, and arts and crafts. We usually visit to pick up beautiful décor items for the house, especially seasonal decorations. My daughter also loves coming here to choose yarn for her crafts. nThere’s always something creative and inspiring to find, whether you’re decorating your home or looking for supplies for a new project. I really love this place for adding a special touch to our home and finding fun craft ideas!
I went to Michael’s on Rutherford and Steeles. Amazing staff and really great service. I feel like mostly businesses have forgotten what a good customer service is and what impact it has on someone. This store is still serving with the smiles on their faces. Very positive vibes. Jacquiline I guess was the name of the person who helped me find my product. Very cheerful person.
Love this store. I had a hand made project decided to make for my son and needed some backing board and some nice card stocks for background. Also found nice shinny letters which worked great also. The project turned out great. This store has lots of art and craft related products to help elevate anyones project. Thanks.
Went for my custom framed photos ,then i met AMY. She was very friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the process. She took the time to answer my questions, explain options clearly, and made sure everything was done with care. Her customer service really stood out and made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Thank you for the excellent help!
What a beautiful store. Large variety of craft supplies. Excellently organized, super clean and very well organized. Well stocked with products of great quality. Customer service is very good. Store employees are nice and courteous. Very beautiful selection of so many cute things. Excellent spring sale with buy 1 get 1 free on manh products. Must visit.
