Would love to give 0 star if it was possible.nnCalled them earlier in the morning 3 times and they didn’t pick up, got an automated message saying “person you are calling is not available”.nThen I called them after turning my caller id off and they picked up right away and asked me “who is this? What’s your name?”nI told them “why do you need it?” And they replied with “because you’re calling from anonymous number.” And just hung up on me.nnHorrible service and attitude from the girl who decided not to answer the call 3 times, and then hung up on me @ 3:45pm on Friday July 26 after I turned off my caller id! Well maybe then provide a good service by picking the call up and don’t send it to voicemail 3 times?nNow I understand why so many customers are leaving bad reviews about this place.nnI’ve been going here for past 1-2 years and this has never happened to me, this is the first time! Owner needs to look into what kind of lazy people they’re hiring.nnHorrendous service. Don’t recommend this place to anyone anymore. better off driving to another dispensary where employees know how to respect and give good service.
Quick and friendly service. After making my pick up and forgetting to grab a lighter with purchase, the nice cashier gave it to me for free. Top notch service and top notch grass.
I genuinely hate how this dispensary is run, and if it weren't for it being the closest one to me, I'd never go again. Before I even start, I want to make it clear that in the 2 years that I've been going, I've experienced these issues with literally all their employees except for the somewhat tall white guy that usually works at night. I have to specifically aim to go at night so I don't get inconvenienced by the others.nn99% of the time, their products are marked up. I assumed it was a business strategy since there's not much competition for them in the area. But especially since there have been examples of them making other customers pay the wrong price, it sounds like they're pocketing the extra amount as tips.nnThey never update their website even days after you find out they don't actually have the product that they claim they have online. They never confirm orders placed online, so you either have to call most of the time they never pick up even if they're open or show up and hope things work out.nnThat's also additionally an issue because if price matching is the only thing that makes buying from them somewhat worth your while, then you're forced into a last-minute situation to pay significantly more for another product that is also marked up. If some reliable and potent brands don't even cost more than $35 for their carts, how does it make any sense that the lesser-known brands that resort to cheaper methods end up costing more than that on their website? There's literally no logic or consistency to how they price their carts, even since TheOCS website always has them cheaper.nnNonetheless, I don't know why I have to chase after them to do their job, but I wouldn't recommend going if you have other options. I'm just tired of them making the experience of buying weed so insufferable.
Staffs nice enough , they don’t care to listen about what you want tho seems like I was given what they thought was nice not what I asked for … but prices are insane , definitely be mindful of prices before you purchase anything. My order here was 2 times more than what it would’ve been anywhere else
I would leave 0 star if I could. I bought a preroll yesterday evening. I had dinner plans in downtown Toronto. Once I decided to smoke the joins it was already half smoked!!!!!! To make things worse the employees are not picking up the phone. Wouldn’t recommend unless you want a joint smoked by the staff.
