To me this is a VERY VERY SPECIAL PLACE.FRIENDLY PEOPLE. HELP YOU AS SOON AS YOU WALK IN. I LIKE ALL OF THE WORKERS. LET YOU LOOK AS LONG AS YOU WANT TO.GO CHECK IT OUT, MEET THE FRIENDLIEST PEOPLE.

Terrible customer service, complained several times the couch did not support on one side. They came out, and fluffed the cushions on the back even though I repeatedly said it sunk in further on one end. They said it felt fine to them, but everyone that sat on it said it was lower. Complained to the manufacturer, they said all warranties are through the seller. Beware of what you buy from them, I believe it was a second, even though we paid over $1000 for it, cash...
