My Cell has been blocked from posting the truth about the shady deal we received as regular customers recently. We usually stopped to visit this store because of it variety and friendly service. We used to make them our Sto our stop close to twice a week. I pointed out that they had a used firearm for sale for $410.00 plus tax, which can be purchased brand new for around $335.00 plus tax. After I proved it, they agreed at a lesser price so I can in later in the week and paid the agreed amount $320.00 out the door. After the deal was over, they put a guilt trip on me that I didn't pay what they thought it was worth and denied me a invoice/ bill of sale. As I left, another employee started the same guilt trip on me as I was leaving. I did the required background check, paid in full but was denied a Bill Of Sale? When I got home call the Sheriff Department and reported the complete unprofessional incident and gave the Sheriff Department all the numbers off the firearms. We learned our lesson. My wife and I have never been treated so unprofessional and will never do business again! Burt

Pawntastic is the place to go...for all you antiques, collectable, defense accessories, electronics..jewelry and more!. Neat, popular and not so popular. Rare and curious...best spot in ashtabula. I have had very pleasant business and social experience with them. The girls are great at what they do. Boss man stays doing business and Carol if spelled correct is funny :). I would recommend this place for any pawn shop purposes.
