When greeted the staff are nice but didn't like the fact that I had to wait outside in the cold along with other customers for them to open there doors especially when it was 10 minutes pass the opening time.

Not focused on customers, seemed to just sit around and chit chat with each other. No one even said hello when I entered. All I heard the group arguing about how certain things weren't thier job.
