The fluffy tacos are fun and delicious. The bowls are typically full of flavor and pork is juicy and tender. However there is some inconsistencies between trucks or brick and mortar sometimes items have been over salted or really greasy but over all the flavor and execution is so good it makes up for those inconsistencies! The cubano sandwich is the way to go for sure!

Oh man these guys need more locations. This place is a gem, not a cheap one tho. Everything on the menu is great. It's so hard to pick. I ordered the fried tortilla chicken tacos. So gooood. I wish it didn't have to end so soon, but the portion was a bit small. I almost want to dock a star for the price vs portion, but I'll let them have the 5 star since I'm still happy

Love the cuban sandwich and yuca fries. I usually order at westlake square when truck comes few times a month. I love it but just it's very inconvenient take it to go because sauces that they have there doesn't have any lid. One time I came with my own small containers and put sauces there because I was arranging my husbands business lunch in our high-rise in downtown and took 4 sandwiches to go and sauces.

The yuca fries were a winner with both of us. I enjoyed the sweet plantains with the creamy, slightly spicy dipping sauce. The cubano plate was flavorful; the beans and rice were flavorful and the pork was so tender. The elote was okay.

Visited the food truck while in Redmond. We don't deserve the quality of food that came off this rig. My background; Texas born, bbq and smoke regularly, rodizio aficionado, Puerto Rican hole in the wall attracted. This was too much, I did not belive it came off a truck. I won't think twice if I cross paths again.

I loved the food! I was hoping to dine in, but that appears to still not be available. Had I known that, I would have hit up a food truck of theirs that was closer and not waited on the sidewalk with a cold wind blowing on me. I ordered the tostones with pork. The balance of the dish was absolutely amazing! The soft, meaty pork with the crispy, sweet, salty tostone was a marriage made in heaven! Add in the chipotle aioli, salty cheese, and pico de gallo and it was a symphony in my mouth. I have to hit up a food truck and try the fluffy tacos; they look amazing.

A friend recommended this new restaurant and it was delicious. It's carry out only which was okay. We had the bowl and chicken tacos. My mom is picky and loves authentic food having lived in AZ for many years, she's ready to go back. I was shocked with every mouthful with a variety of flavors and spices- so flavorful!!

Gave 3 stars because I really like the food and always tastes great. I took off 1 star star because multiple times the order I picked up was wrong and took off another star for the price. It's a bit expensive for the food. Red beans and rice with an egg and a little bit of meat doesn't seem like it should cost $18. The prices when you order from the truck at events is even higher. Will likely return but $40 for two people for street truck food is a bit steep for us.

As everything in Seattle is super pricey, this place is worth every penny. I am definitely coming back to try the other items. Great personalities work there and fast food that tastes like you made it yourself!

What a delightful, tasty place to grab a bite! These guys were out in Enumclaw and I am so glad we picked this spot to eat while walking around downtown Enumclaw! I had the Cuban Sandwich and oh my was it so so so tasty!!! We will definitely return next time they are out our way in the Claw!!!
