Chipotle Mexican Grill

Used to have good experiences here, bought from this location for lunch while at work. I started ordering from a different location, closer to my home. And they ALWAYS messed up my order. So one day I went out of my way to drive to this location and got my order in person and drove back with my food. It was good at first until I saw a bug on my food. I reached out to Chipotle and they never responded. I think due to way too many, CONSTANT unhappy experiences, I won't be going to any of the Chipotle stores anymore. They don't seem to care and try to solve issues, instead give you a coupon as if that solves the problem.

I was so disappointed, I even did their feedback. I watched the same server serve 4 different customers huge portions of meat and rice. So huge I couldn't believe how she closed the bowl. When it came to my turn. I got less than half. Barely made it over the cardboard height. The worst part the food was warm/cold and both the brisket and shredded beef were salty.

Ordered to go, kid meal with chicken, brown rice, and black beans. I also ordered guacamole and chips. It was not on the shelf, good thing someone asked for my name. I did not have wait long. I asked for side of salsa and got this weird look. Not sure what the look for, but got the salad. Food was ok, but don’t have high expectation.

They can be a lil skimpy on the portions, but this is my default lunch place for my in office days. Hope they bring back the garlic chicken. Really good food! Certain servers are better and more engaging than others! I spent $17 for this bowl it taste horrible worst location ever !!!! New garlic steak dry just like it looks I had to ask for extra or my bowl would of had literally NOTHING in it I had to cut the steak into bite size because they were cut into strips.

The food here is disgusting. Ordered a takeout burrito. It was covered in guacamole on the outside !? They hardly put any meat in it , I asked for double meat. The burrito consisted of almost all rice and nothing else. I had 3 bites and tossed it in the trash. Obviously no quality control happening here which is concerning with Chipotle’s questionable health standards. best to just skip this place.

Had a very poor experience recently. This location has made a few mistakes on delivery orders recently, but not enough to make a big deal. This time we ordered 3 items and not a single one of them was correct. I ordered a salad with double meat and it came with no meat at all. We ordered a kids quesadilla with chips and got a small folded tortilla with a half pound of raw cheese on the side. We called and were offered a refund but because they use Door Dash for delivery, there was not a way to correct the order. They use a third party delivery system even though it never mentions that when you order on their website. TL;DR If they screw up your delivery order which this location does consistently your choices are to come pick it up yourself or get a refund and order again and wait a second time.

Staff on tonight shift 7pm terrible. 2/3/23. Latino girl stood around cleaning while watching one person work the line. Someone from the kitchen had to yell line help for her to even try. Then after waiting in 20 minutes we’re told the chicken will take 15 minutes? Place was trashed, while one person struggled to work the line. Terrible.

I was charged 50 cents extra for a tortilla on the side of my bowl. No notice of this policy. I was only told there was nothing they could do and could not talk to me further. The girl was extremely rude. I will say get your receipt and check them. I will never re visit this store.Food: 3/5

Did we even tryyyy when making this meal? Sad. Won’t be returning.
