Marko from MetroWest Plumbing was great! We had a broken water heater and called MetroWest. Of all the companies we called that night, Marko was the only one able to explain to us over the phone on how to isolate the leak. This saved us on an expensive after hours call! He came the next day and explained the differences between another tank and an on demand unit. He was both knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He gave us plenty of options and even encouraged us to compare prices. We obviously went with him because he was fair and honest with his pricing and services. We will only be calling MetroWest from now on!
