Growing up in the lower mainland I always saw Mr. Swirl trucks on the road all the time. Whenever I have a plumbing problem it’s reassuring to know that the technicians don’t do “band-aid” jobs and thrive on professionalism; making sure each customers issue is fixed right. It’s amazing how much they have taught me and the patience they have when explaining jobs, so I can even understand the steps it takes in completing the work. Their focus is making sure the customers are happy and pleased throughout the whole process with the job; that is why they start it off by answering the phone saying, “Mr. Swirl, how can we make your day better?”

I have to give one star as Google does not allow zero stars.
My experience was dreadful actually it was worse than that.
I was going to write it all down but it's all here
There are better options.
I went with the BBB but should have looked at the negative Google reviews they reflect my experience.
Avoid this company if you want a professional job.
I highly recommend using them if you want a nice veneer of brown filth all over your bathroom and rancid equipment wheeled into your house.

Overpriced, I trusted these guys to be honest. They charged me 660 dollars to replace a shutoff valve and a pressure regulator. They charge a fixed rate for certain jobs. Threir invoice does not break down parts ams labour. After the job was completed I checked the price of the parts - at Home Depot maybe $125. That means their labor charge was at least $250/ hour. When I examined the old shutoff valve as the plumber was leaving I discovered that my original complaint about a leaky valve could have been fixed in two minutes with about almost no material cost.
As a retired mechanic I found it painful to watch the so-called professional using wrenches, he was so awkward. He was tightening the pipe threads to the point where they were in danger of stripping. With that level of skill I wouldn't trust him to do anything complicated. I suggest you try someone else

I called to have faucets installed expecting to wait a week or two. They had a plumber available that afternoon. The nice dispatcher called me every hour to let me know the timing. Kevin did a great installation job.

Avoid this company. They gave us an estimate on a simple fix, they said it would cost $400. We called someone else and they came over and fixed it for only $99. They overcharge a ridiculous amount. Don't hire a company that has such inconsistent reviews, it's not worth it, unless you like wasting your money for no reason.
