I decided to replace my ageing hot water tank before it became an emergency situation. After much researching on the web, I contacted Coquitlam Water Heater Rescue and was not disappointed. I received friendly, courteous service from Valerie who answered all my questions, and emailed information to help me make decisions. The technician arrived on time and completed the installation efficiently. I couldn't be happier with the service I have received!

My experience started with a friendly call with Valarie who booked my appointment and reassured me that my water heater would not explode before my appointment Monday morning.  Scott arrived promptly and had my new water heater installed in 1 1/2 hours. It was a great experience that made my life easier.

Very fast to arrive with 2 hot water tanks, just in case I had the size wrong.  Turned out to be the pressure coming into the tank and some parts needed to be  changed, the tank still has some life left in it. Great service, gas fitter totally explained every option to me. I would recommend Water Heater Rescue to all my friends and family.
