Metropolis Resort & Conference Center

Staff super nice. Swimming area is small and could have more for bigger kids to do in the pool area. The games are endless. We had a lot of fun. I can't wait to go again.

This hotel amenities were pretty decent until we went to bed. Our neighbors who we asked politely to keep their noise level down literally started cursing at us and calling us various names. They continued to harasse us (yelling through the walls and pounding on our door) while us and our children trying to sleep. This went on until 2-3am. We initially asked at 11:30pm to keep it down. We called front desk and recieved attitude from management. We asked for a room refund so we could relocate however the manager refused. We frequently visit hotels and I would not recommend staying over in this one. Day pass only. Limit you risk. Our children were fearful from the continued harassment. 100% honest review. 1-12-2018. 2 adults 4 children. I am writing this to potentially save another family from a similar experience. The Johnson family.

Crowded at times and can be very pricey, but definitely gives the kids TONS of things to do. We love that they put a trampoline park in as that has quickly become our boys very part of this location. I do however highly recommend this area remained staffed and that the staff remain attentive.

Water park was very small and crowded. With the cost of water park entry, hotel stay, and location, I would rather make the extra drive to Wisconsin Dells. Hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Clean rooms, tons of fun in the arcade and at the water park. The trampoline park and ninja warrior course were a blast for our kid, even for our youngest at 5 years old. The staff is really great. They definitely go out of their way to make sure you have a good time during your stay, especially for the kids. We will be back for sure!!
