Store is displayed nice. Helpful employees. Welcomed at the door. Answered our questions even gave me a copy of what I was looking at with sizes n color so I could double check measurement at home. Delivery was offered free of charge very nice feature. Happy experience.

After entering with the poorest reception; I would not have been a customer now or in the future. The good interception of the Manager, Jennifer and sales representative, Chris made it a much better experience. Chris did a excellent job with the knowledge of the products and process of the purchase. Was very pleasant and did a great job. Keep up the good work. Thanks for the help with my purchase.

Update 10/17: Sadly I need to retract some of my review. About 2 months later the frame of our very expensive bed is leaking fluid on the floor. We asked several times during purchase how Ashley handled their warranty and who fixed faulty parts (we had issues in the past). We were assured multiple times that Ashley does all that for us. NOT TRUE. We found out today that Ashley not only can't help us but they will take our information, schedule a tech to come out and then simply cancel the service without telling us. When we called back we were informed that we needed to chase down the vendor to "figure it out" and we were given a number to call where we were put on hold for 10 minutes then were told there was nothing they could do and hung up on. After calling Ashley back again we were given another number which thankfully lead to someone who in the end could help us however they were unable to tell us when a tech could be even scheduled to come out and fix it. It will be at least a few weeks. This is certainly NOT what we were sold. I'm not sure if I'm more upset that the product is apparently badly made and broke within a few months or that the road to fix it was so badly handled and that we were lied to on the sale. Either way very disappointed. Christopher does a great job. Very knowledgeable, gives all the options, doesn't waste your time with things that aren't what you want, not too salesmen pushy and works hard to get the best deal. Very excited for our new furniture!!!

Christopher Lyons was the best. If you want an excellent salesman who WILL take the time to explain the different types of furniture and features then this is your man. As an added bonus, he has the patience of a saint when we kept changing our minds and walking all over the store. Bottom line, look for this gentleman. He made our decision more sound and was a true professional. Thank you Christopher!

We received our furniture delivery today, ON TIME! Your truck arrived exactly when you said it would. We didn't have to wait or take off an entire day of work to meet the delivery. Thank you for being so respectful of your customer's time. So few companies are!
