This mall truly gives a vibrant shopping experience. Also a good spot to just chill and wind out despite how busy it gets. That in itself I must agree it is satisfying.nnWith a diverse range of stores, from high-end boutiques to popular retail chains, entertainment spots, and restaurants, me and my wife and I greatly appreciate the pleasant and welcoming atmosphere here.nnThe staff here are very nice, detail oriented, willing to help, and very professional. During our recent visit to Metropolis at Metrotown, we enjoyed a lively and vibrant shopping experience. The mall offers a diverse range of stores, from high-end boutiques to popular retail chains, catering to various tastes and budgets. The layout is spacious and easy to navigate, with clear signage and plenty of seating areas. We appreciated the wide selection of dining options, providing a good variety of choices for a meal or snack. The mall also features several entertainment options, making it a great destination for families. While it can get busy, especially on weekends, the overall atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming. The mall’s amenities, including clean restrooms and helpful staff, enhance the shopping experience. It’s a well-rounded shopping center that offers something for everyone and is a great spot for a family outing.
During this Christmas season, Metropolis has a special VIP lounge for shoppers who spend $300 or more in one day. If you show your receipts, you can get a red tote bag that will allow you unlimited access. This is how it looks like if you’re interested in checking it out. I love relaxing in the 2 massage chairs, whereas my daughter likes decorating gingerbread men, making a customized hot chocolate, or decorating a chocolate dipped marshmallow. There are also lots of free snacks from T & T like cheese balls and Portuguese egg tarts, plus candy and chocolate cookies. There are many Instagram worthy places for pictures, and they also provide free activity booklets and colouring for kids. Adults can relax and wind down with a free glass of wine. I highly recommend checking it out after doing any major shopping or making a big purchase.

This mall is the best of open spacious and all the shopping brands under one very well connected to transit and all the major cities. It has everything a mall should have under the sun. It is the best of the 3 cities of Vancouver, Burnaby/New-west and Surrey.
