Honestly one of the best shopping spots in downtown Vancouver. The mall is modern, clean, and very well laid out, making it easy to walk through and explore.nThere’s a great mix of stores—from high-end brands to everyday essentials—so you can find pretty much everything in one place. The atmosphere is bright and welcoming, and everything feels well maintained.nThe location is also super convenient, right in the heart of downtown and connected to transit, which makes it easy to get to.nOverall, a really enjoyable shopping experience. Definitely one of my go-to places in Vancouver!
Very disappointing experience at CF Pacific Centre. We needed to use the washroom, only to find that the washroom doors were locked. We were told by a Tim Hortons employee that visitors must contact a security guard to gain access. Unfortunately, no security guard was available at the time.nWhen I asked how this policy was practical or hygienic for shoppers and visitors, I was told that this was the mall's policy. For a major shopping centre that attracts tourists and local visitors alike, restricting access to basic facilities in this manner is frustrating and unacceptable.nIf you're visiting Vancouver as a tourist, be aware that accessing a washroom at CF Pacific Centre may not be straightforward. Based on this experience, it was one of the most disappointing visits I've had to a shopping centre.
