Some of the best meats you can get from a groecery store, super nice and helpful staff too!!!nnTheir steaks are great, the chicken is good, and there’s a really good deal on fish rn 2 packages of mussels for about 10$ everything in the fresh seafood section was 30% off I highly recommend this store.

The staff in metro in Owen Sound and in Collingwood are unfailingly helpful and friendly. Produce is fresh. Store is clean and easy to navigate. Self check out - excellent. One request, in Owen Sound more fresh fish please.

Hey Metro.nThe oven dish I made with 3 packs of fish I bought from you yesterday was completely wasted. Because the fish smelled so bad. It's really embarrassing to do things like this to make money. How honest is it to sell smelly fish to customers?

I visit Metro often and sometimes struggle to find what I am looking for. The staff member Ian ALWAYS goes above and beyond to make sure nothing gets left behind on my list. Ian is extremely knowledgeable on what products are available in this grocery store and directly goes out of his way to walk you over and show you the options available with a smile on his face. His level of customer service is such an asset to your team and makes this employee absolutely irreplaceable. If it weren't for Ian and a few other staff members I would have to go elsewhere for my groceries yet it is always reassuring I will have a successful shop if he is working. Thank you Ian for all your help!
