Some of the best meats you can get from a groecery store, super nice and helpful staff too!!!nnTheir steaks are great, the chicken is good, and there’s a really good deal on fish rn 2 packages of mussels for about 10$ everything in the fresh seafood section was 30% off I highly recommend this store.

Super expensive for most things. I do like to shop here for some items that you can’t find other places, but multiple times now I’ve had issues with expired products still being on the shelves. Just today I went to buy some of their frozen sushi items and ALL of them were expired by over a year!

Hey Metro.nThe oven dish I made with 3 packs of fish I bought from you yesterday was completely wasted. Because the fish smelled so bad. It's really embarrassing to do things like this to make money. How honest is it to sell smelly fish to customers?

Was,at metro today Grabing some grocerys. Grab some ground beef on sale grab 5 pkgs. About 5 mins later staff member said I was only allowed to have 4 pkgs. I asked where does it say the limit? There was know sign saying limit. So I went to pay and leave and the staff member came to self check out and took pkg ground beef out of my cart. I of coarse told her to stay out of my cart. She then got manager and was a joke because he even said thee is no sign for limits. So I guess u have to just buy couple or few things. Be nice to see staff member not be so aggressive and take shit out of customers cart. Manager should give her trouble for that.

Owen Sound Metro!!nBy far the BEST grocery store in Owen Sound!!nI called this morning to see if they had any Stir Fry kits available, and I was put through to produce as they are the ones who look after that. The guy who answered said that there was none made...but that he would personally make me what ever I wanted. He asked me when I wanted it ready for, and said that even though he was done at noon, he would make sure it was ready for me in the produce cooler, I would just need to let the staff know I had one set aside for me :nOk, I get this is probably part of their job, but I just love how I was made to feel that important, that they would take that extra time from their day to make my request.nnThis hasn't been the first time the store has gone above and beyond for assistance. I remember another time I was looking for a particular item and couldn't find it. The store owner/manager who,by the way, is ALWAYS there... morning, noon and night..it's wonderful to see such a hands on always visible store owner/manager, who is always incredibly helpful!! was putting away items on the shelf and I had asked him about it.. he said no they didn't have it...but the next time I was in the store it was definitely there on the shelf!!nnI love my little in-town grocery store that always takes such good care of their customers, making it a safe and comfortable shopping experience!!nnI wish I could only give you many more stars!!
