Beer Store

This is store is so friendly and welcoming, always willing to throw out a suggestion to pair with certain meat or cheese. The fella behind the counter is always such a wonderful pleasure to be served by. I love the prices, they aren't to expensive. The store is super clean and is in such a great location.

I’ve lived in Owen Sound for quite a while and I’ve got to say I’m starting to love my quiet little city! I went to the downtown beer store this Sunday to grab a few drinks for my wife and I, and I have to admit that what was at first just a quick run to the beer store became an amazing adventure. The young man who helped me, Kelp I believe he said his name was, was amazing! He had only nice and interesting things to say and I could tell he was well versed in his job. He was sure to ask for my ID and was smiling the whole time! When I asked for local beer and wine suggestions he had plenty to give and after a visit to the LCBO after the beer store I can say that young Kelp knows a lot about wine! My wife was very pleased with his suggestion and I hope the managers are well aware that they have hired an amazing young youth with determination and grit. :

The downtown Beer Store almost always has staff greet you warmly,aslo jokin around alot of the time which I like very much. Beer is always very cold.The only thing I could complain about is they must sell a tonne of Carling Ice because they run out a fair amount because it's happened 3-4 times in the last six months and it lasts about 4 days except they are out rite now which this time it's been six days..
